Mountaineering in Africa
Pathfinders' Africa mountaineering activities will take you to beautiful Kenya where you’ll have the opportunity to do a preliminary climb to Mount Kenya before tackling the Mt Kilimanjaro climb. Through Pathfinders, Kenya awaits, along with a mountain climbing experience that you won’t ever forget.
The Introduction: Climb Mount Kenya
In preparation for your summit climb of Kilimanjaro, our Pathfinders team will educate and equip you with the knowledge and mountaineering skills required for this expedition with a preliminary climb to the Mount Kenya’s summit. Through this introduction, you’ll be better prepared for the tougher leg to follow.
The Main Course: Climb Mount Kilimanjaro
Pathfinders will help you conquer the highest peak on African soil as you climb Mt Kilimanjaro. Our trained guides will share with you their mountaineering knowledge and expertise as you prepare, step by step, to leave the spectacular Serengeti behind you, and make for the summit of this famous mountain. Climbing Kilimanjaro presents a huge challenge during which you’ll learn your limits, push them to new boundaries and, above all, experience the true splendour of Mother Nature’s snow capped creation.
