Robert Graham - Operations Manager
Rob is a passionate third generation Zimbabwean with a spirit for adventure. Born and raised in the wild clutches of the African bush, Rob has spent the better part his life exploring this diverse continent. Rob was educated in Zimbabwe and furthered his studies at the University of Cape Town where he obtained a bachelor of commerce with an Honours degree in Finance.

Sean Anderson – Operations, East Africa
Sean is 100% devoted to Africa, its people, its culture, its wildlife and its beauty. A man of integrity who maintains unwavering principles, Sean is as hospitable as they come and a friend to all. He was educated in Zimbabwe and furthered his studies at the University of Cape Town, where he obtained a degree in Environmental & Geographic Science. Sean’s knowledge and understanding of the people and wildlife in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda is matched by few.

Quinton Blake – Operations, Mozambique
Quinton heads up expedition operations in Mozambique and is a dedicated and loyal person whose passion lies in Scuba Diving. Quinton has dived in many of the finest dive locations in Africa and has decided to settle in one which he believes to be the best – Mozambique.

Nathan Rabinovitch – Operations, Zimbabwe
Nathan was born, bred and educated in the flamboyant Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. He harbours great passion for our continent and the adventure within. Nathan shares our Pathfinders sentiment and feels obliged to share with others the beauty and intrigue of Southern and East Africa.

Sarah Conolly – African Impact, Volunteer Placement
Sarah is a 4th generation Zimbabwean who was born and raised on a wildlife ranch in Gweru. She was educated in Zimbabwe and furthered her studies at the University of Cape Town where she obtained a Marketing and Social Science degree. She is primarily concerned with the project development and project sourcing for African Impact. Two of Sarah’s greatest passions are the continent of Africa and the study of foreign languages.

Andrew & Wendy Conolly
African Encounter was inspired and founded by Andrew & Wendy Conolly, two fourth generation Zimbabweans who have experienced most of Africa’s unique offering. Pathfinders is driven by their passion to inspire others to do the same and to contribute toward Africa’s humanitarian and conservation needs.
